I have recently taken possession of a set of hearing aids: danalogin GN Ambio 77. These are the free devices issued by the UK NHS. There is an android app called BeMore to go with them, adjust volume and other settings etc.
This seems to work fine on
- XZ2 Compact running IodéOS 6.4 Android 15
- Pixel 4A running LOS for microG v22.2 Android 15
It doesn’t work - intial Bluetooth download of information from phone to hearing aids fails - on
- XZ1 Compact running IodéOS 5.13 Android 14 (my daily driver device
) - XZ1 Compact running LOS for microG v22.2 Android 14
I’m pretty sure that the problem is in the Bluetooth stack of the Sony Yoshino devices. Interested to hear if anyone else has experience of this app
