Hello,
anyone able to share experience with banking apps Inbank and Inbank Notify (companion app)?
The apps keep dying, they don’t even start …
Any idea what to do? Any hope?
Thanks
Sorry, been a bit hasty here, seems like it…
Both apps were initially restored from Seedvault backup.
I have disinstalled both and cleared cache and storage.
After reinstall the Inbank app works, was able to login.
The Inbank Notify app starts now, too.
I have to insert the phone nr but then the app says: unable to establish SSL connection to server.
I have disabled any limitations in Iode App for this Notify app …
Any ideas?
Thanks
So I went back onto the old phone, which is a CalyxOS.
The Notify app gives the same problem, so maybe it’s not the app or the OS, but the server.
Will see tomorrow during the day …
In the past few weeks Google has completely shut down their Safety Net Attestation servers. I am not certain if this is why, but the same issue now exists with Capital One (in the USA at least): the app starts and briefly loads before instantly crashing. In the case of Capital One, I was able to make a webapp of the site, and that works well. Give that a try if you are able.
I retried the Notify app again today and it worked immediately.
Maybe the bank service was down, like for maintenance or so.
Now it worked.
So I would say to put Inbank and Inbank Notify on the supported apps list of IodeOS.
Thanks
