I contacted Meine Bank (VR), I was told to restart my phone ( 
), she couldn’t help, it worked on her phone, I can write letters to place my orders, cause there’s no alternative to SecureGo, al least I can close the bank account.
It always depends on the person at the help desk.
Haha yeah, I’ve talked to two service workers at my bank for over half an hour and I doubt they really understood what my problem was 
one alternative at least should be hardware TAN device…my old one is still working (but not that long anymore), new one is already ordered.
If you want to use Wero in the VR app, you musst use Securego+
I just updated to version 4.2.3 from Aurora Store and for me it’s working again.

Do @Edelmarzipan, @pbieringIODE, or @mbrum want to test this on an un-rooted device? @laneb being rooted means they are in a bit different situation (that didn’t have the issue).
4.2.3 works on my unrooted Pixel 7a with microG.

Mine is unrooted and 4.23 is starting again (appeared here today in AuroraStore) - so I think the issue is solved again for “VR SecureGo Plus” and problematic versions were 4.20 and 4.21 (4.22 only seen for iOS?!)

I’ve used version 4.1.5 until now and it has been working fine. I can also confirm that version 4.2.3 is working! Very nice
