But newer posts in the same category have meanwhile had a lot of engagement while mine has not. I was wondering if it was noticed, or no person with relevant expertise has logged in yet?
I’d say probably the later, this is not the usual day to day issue, I think

I had read your post (not the link in it) and to me it gave the impression of
“I’m too lazy to explain my problem, so find the information yourselves.”
In my experience, this does not work very well in places where there are mostly volunteers …
Forgive me, if I’m being impolite (Germans often tend to be too indiplomatic), that’s not my intention, don’t mean to be rude. I suggest, you add a few words to your original post to describe the problem and what you are hoping/asking for. Maybe someone can help.
I don’t think that’s a German thing. You’re just being rude. If you’ve read the post I linked you would have seen how much time I’ve put into this problem already, I can’t add anything more that hasn’t been covered already.
All right. I have a return label waiting to be used. Not sure if I’ll have to pay costs for that if I don’t use it, so I’d rather not wait too long.

Perhaps I could have had a thicker skin as well and said what I said in a nicer way.
I am the primary forum iodé representative and I only have around 7 hours a week available for it, and also had USA Thanksgiving travels (and a subsequent head cold) happening the latter half of the past week. Anyway, I will get some feedback to your original post so look for it there.
