How to enable Advanced Unlock (result of Google search)
Open Settings: Go to your device’s Settings.
Security & Privacy: Select the ‘Security & Privacy’ option, then ‘Advanced Unlock’.
Enable Wear Detection: Enable Wear Detection and add trusted locations or devices.
Enable Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled if you want to use trusted devices.
I cant find this function!
You may be referring to the Extend Unlock feature. I don’t think this feature is available without Google Play services and therefore on iodéOS with microG. However, I haven’t found any source that explicitly states this.

Do you want the device to remain unlocked when, for example, Bluetooth is enabled?
Create a profile (System - System Profiles)
Triggers that activate this profile - Bluetooth
System Settings - Lock Screen Mode - Disabled
