Dunno if it’s upstream or smt but this one is rly annoying. Do an incomplete switch apps gesture (swipe up and keep your finger on the touchscreen such that app names and icons don’t pop up) and swipe down back to the same app, and then the app is completely unresponsive to touch.
Which phone and version of os? Trying to replicate on Pixel 5 with iodéOS 7.3 with no success.

Bruh I just found out the problem’s resolved once the phone’s rebooted. Shouldn’t have made this stupid post.

I did want to note, though, that if users have a custom Launcher that it often integrates with the default (Trebuchet) to provide “recent apps”. So if you then remove Trebuchet, or if an update to the system causes some sort of incompatibility with your custom Launcher you may see problems similar to this.
Wait, the bug’s coming back. And I’m not using a custom launcher. It just happens so randomly I don’t know what triggers it.
