This app runs in Belgium and Holland but on my mobile I have a lot of problems since the last upgrade

My problem is I have a mobile that run with /e/OS. It’s another OS without Google. But the App I need don’t work correctly and nobody can explain what happens. If somebody using Iodé OS uses this App that will confirm that only my phone has a problem. And that will confirm that an alternate OS is not guilty.

But does the App successful locate itself ? On my mobile it starts, and then when I have to confirm the position it crashes in 80% of the cases
Could only complete the spoof test as far as they asked me to put some credit on my account, but switched to map view and they had already pinned my location.

Yes I asked the helpdesk but they didn’t find why it happens. I suspect a hardware issue. I’ve already made 2 full reset. Another problem is the NFC chip that never goes…
I’m tired about that phone.
( PS and I also dowloaded the APK last time I tried to reinstall the app )
