Hello
I have configured to connect to Wifi as soon as the network gets reached. It’s switched on and off accoring to a time plan.
When it is switched on, the phone doesn’t “get it”, I always have to press on wifi that it gets connected. Also, on other times, it gets disconnected, even in the middle of downloading (app update).
Sorry I don’t know the answer to your question, but I suspect the 2 items are separate (the manually needing to re-enable wifi based on location / time schedule and wifi disconnecting in the middle of a download).
For the first issue, when I have some extra time I may attempt to re-create, but it would take a bit of setup on a test phone (and then remember to take it with me when I leave the house to see if I can re-create when returning).
For the second issue, we would need a bit more detail, is this consistent, are there any other factors such as is it on all wifi APs etc?
The “iodé Premium” service gives you custom blocking, but doesn’t give elevated support priority. If you buy a device from iodé then of course they do give hardware support for it, but for something of this nature I don’t think it is in scope for that specifically.
You could also send a contact inquiry through our online form: Contact - iodé but I think this forum will be the best place to track an inquiry (as you may see we are a very small team so it is hard to keep up with everything). In this case I did miss your original message when away traveling (and I only put in a few hours here and there for the team).
