Voice input

Hi there,
Is there a way to get voice input (speech-to-text)?
I’m not looking for an assistant, I only need to type a few messages while driving.
I haven’t been able to find an alternative to Google. any suggestions?

Hi,

Just today I’ve noticed the application Dicio on F-droid. It seems promising, maybe it could be a first step to introduce voice assistants into Iodé OS.

Voice input: Someone in the French language /e/OS forums posted a link to https://voiceinput.futo.org/. It claims to be

The Voice Input app for Android that respects your privacy.

I’ve installed it on a couple of devices (Sony XZ1 Compact, running IodéOS, and Sony Z Tablet running los4microG) and it seems to work well.

Thanks, I just tried it, it seems reasonably accurate in french.
