Unable to set up my Iodé premium account

Hi,

I signed up for an Iodé Premium account and paid with paypal, but I never got an email to set up my account, and I’m not able to get any account password reset emails.

Can anyone help me out with my account?

Thanks for joining! This does happen occasionally, I’ll pass this on to the admin team, look for them to either DM you or followup via email.

Hi @Antoine,

I did send feedback via the contact form on the website, but hadn’t heard back.
Unfortunately, I don’t have my subscription number because I logged out of my account after it had been created in hopes that I’d be able to reset the password.

Is it resolved?

I got a premium tonight.

I had some problems to.

But going to : iode.tech and choose "account "

at login choosing " lost your password "

enter your email adress you will recieve an email with a link " reset your password"
