Several months ago one of my apps stopped working. After today’s updates I got the message from the attached print screen. I don’t want to have any google on my phone. What do I do?
Is this an app originally purchased from the Play Store? If so, yes you may need to login to Google via Aurora in order to verify purchase.
But, maybe you can move away from this app instead? What does this app do?

It is a free app of my mobile phone provider. I use it to renew my internet and phone programs each month. It was working just fine for the last 8 months…Now not anymore. I can’t replace it with another…..
Sorry to hear this. So you are not able to use a web browser / web app on your phone or any USSD commands to do it? That really is bad from the provider. You may need to look broader on the internet for “microG + app name” or maybe “lineageOS / /e/OS / or Calyx + app name” to see if there are any other discussions out there.
