Hello, I just got a spam call on my IodéOS Motorola 2024 asking me to call them back on whatsapp. It was an AI women voice. I was wondering if you could explain me how the spam blocker works and if I can do anything to help. I guess someone -like elders- won’t be as suspicious as I am and might get cought in the Spam.
The spam call blocking list gets updated regularly for premium subscribers, or with new system updates for non premium subscribers.
As to reporting / submitting spam numbers back to iodé, there is a bit of an issue that I haven’t been successfully able to get resolved in testing with the team for North American based number (or Spain we think, and maybe other locations). In addition, the process of then sending the reported spam numbers to PhoneBlock from iodé is also a piece in progress but not finalized yet. The point being that the reporting of numbers has a few outstanding issues.
You can check a number directly at PhoneBlock as that is the only integrated service we are using so far.
