You can go all the way out to the PhoneBlock API online test site to check a number: The PhoneBlock API and in this case, that number reports as “legitimate” (not spam).

I didn’t yet have a chance to check with Antoine if he sees your report of the number, will have to get back to you.

I was expecting that the list of spam number for my country (Spain) had already a numbers in it, based on some contents from the block Community. Was I wrong to expect this?

Spain is certainly covered! I haven’t yet seen an easy way to pull up the full blocklist for a specific country, but the “one at a time api check” linked above is at least a bit informative in the meantime.
