When trying to upgrade a Pixel 7 phone from iodeOS 6.9 to iodéOS 7 using the following link, I get a gitlab Sign In to account notice. I do not have an account with Gitlab Community. I would like to remove this signin notice from my phone in order to upgrade the operating system.https://gitlab.iode.tech/ota/ota/-/blob/master/fixes/Updater-v6-to-v7.apk
I cannot reproduce. Following the link yields the download page. Can you provide more information, screenshot, … ?
Thank you Vincent. My issue preventing download of v7:
I could’t download your v7 link, as gitlab kept asking for a sign in. Even though I had already unsubscribed.
Then I figured out the fix: I went into my Pixel 7 phone and removed browsing data and some history, and that removed the gitlab sign in request.
Also, I think I may have downloaded an app allowing the updater to run.
Then I was able to download and install iodeOS v7. It is a very large file.
Can I delete v 6.9 now that v7 is installed?
