Hi, i am trying to enable the thermometer sensor but it looks like it not supported in iode.

I had previously grapheneos and calyxos and there it was working without issue.

Is there a config I am missing?

I have seen similar issue from a pixel 8 pro user but maybe pixel 9 pro is different issue.

Can you clarify where / what app uses it or how to confirm if it is or isn’t working? I have a Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 Pro I can test.

Thermometer is available from pixel 8 pro series onwards. Pixel 7 pro does not have it but I could test it.

The app is

com.google.android.apps.pixel.health

Version 1.0.817514567

In this threat another user has shared the commits from calyxos that enabled the sensor on calyxos ROM.

So is there any open source / privacy respecting app that can access the sensor? 🙂

out of curiosity, is the battery life better on iodé than on graphene?
