As noted in this link, AXP WebView will be an available option starting with iodéOS 7.2:

AXP WebView (AOSmium) not selectable on iodéOS

I see that the developers have enabled AXP WebView, that will be available in 7.2 (you still need to install it separately as you have done, but it will now able to be configured as the default WebView).
