on my FP5 i had iode 6.6 with a premium account and its working fine for month. But since a few days the iode app is without any funktion. No stats, no stream, no apps to go through.
I updated over OTA to iode 6.7 - i stoppt the app and deleted all data, but it will not work anymore.
I guess there is a bug anywhere and i can not use the app anymore without deleting all data and reinstall it via fastboot… Thats a lot of work and time and very annoying 
Is there any chance to get the funktion back? They did not offer to uninstall the app… and reinstall it. So what to to? I wrote a mail to the support and i will see whether they answer to paying customers and offer me a sulution.
Or did someone of the community had an idea what to do?

So you did a full “Clear Storage” under “App Info”? That was needed in a few cases but I haven’t see it not solve the issue you are describing.
Did the problem start after the upgrade to v6.7, or before and then you attempted to update it to see if it would solve the problem?

Du kannst den blocker nicht deinstallier weil im system integriert …was du meinst ist nur das UI.
Gehe in den blocker selber… unter Einstellungen… Dort kannst du deine einstellungen sichern… Danach setze in zurück… Auch im blocker selber… Dann lade deine Einstellungen wieder zurück …und er sollte wieder laufen.

Danach musst du alle apps einmal neu starten die netzwerk brauchen.

danke für deine Anregungen. Ich weiß der Blocker ist tief im System integriert. Ich hatte die App in den Systemeinstellungen beendet und dann Cache und Daten gelöscht und dann neu gestartet. Das hat nicht funktioniert.
Ich konnte meine Einstellungen nicht mehr sichern, weil ja alles weg war, aber nun hab ich das ganze Procedere nochmal gemacht und zuerst auch in den Einstellungen der App - im Appmenü direkt - alles zurückgesetzt - app gestopp - Cache und Daten gelöscht und dann nicht mehr geöffnet, sondern das Gerät gleich neu gestartet und siehe da es geht wieder wie es war und soll. Alles Apps wollen ja dauernd funken und das sieht man jetzt wieder und ich kann alles wieder einstellen.
Das wars hoffe ich, vielen Dank für die Hilfe und Grüße

Mache es beim nächsten mal erst über den blocker…damit du deine einstellungen sichern kannst…und danach evtl noch in den systemeinstellungen.
Dein fall kommt nämlich öfter mal vor😉
