I have used the Groundwire Voip app(paid) on stock(Pixel P6) for some years successfully.
Now I’m keen to use it on Iode and get the error in the attached image. Got the app via Aurora (via my g-account).Has anyone come across this and able to help?

In general, I am guessing age verification requirements will be an unresolved issue for some time: I think we are not yet clear on how this can be addressed in a de-Google’d way.
To the specific app, do they allow downloading it from their own site or only via Google Play?
