FP5 with Iode not switching between APs in Mesh

Hi,

we have at home a bunch of Devolo Magic2 WiFi Powerline Devices that provide WiFi access everywhere in our home. They are configured to work as WiFi Mesh and connect via LAN to the Router.

Router is a Cable FritzBox 6591 with WiFi switched off (not working with the Devolo Mesh).

However, my FP5 with Iodé 7.2 does not switch between the Access Points of the Mesh, independently from what I’m configuring on these and on my phone.

Is there anything I might have missed in the settings on the phone or is this anyway not supported by the Phone or the OS?

Maybe you have Mac Randomization turned on for the wifi connection and it is confusing things?

No, MAC randomization is off on my Phone for our private WiFi connection.

Additionally my powerline devices do not have any more a MAC filter, that was removed in the Firmware at some point of time by the manufacturer.
