Hey there,
since a few months I can’t download pdf documents from this Broker App. The error message is a few minutes delayed after clicking download and it says in the notification drawer:
Download Manager: Downloader xxx.pdf unsuccessful.
Any idea what that could be caused by (probably something iode OS related)? I first suspected iode blocker, but also without blocking any requests the download still fails.
Is that a 3rd party download manager, or directly inside the Broker App, or instead just your standard browser notification? It could be the app doing the download does not have “storage” permission in the destination it is downloading to?
It’s not something external. Either part of the app or the system download manager (if there is one?)
With other apps I do not have any problems downloading documents within those apps
Did you check the iodé blocker “Stream” tab while trying to see if anything is getting blocked? Also do check the “long press app icon > App Info > Permissions” to make sure no permission is disabled that may be needed.
