Thanks for the time to write up a full detailed reply! Sometimes we don’t any feedback, which means we speculate on one of the 2 solutions:
- it worked! (we hope this is the case
) - it failed and user was so frustrated they abandoned either the device, iodé, or both
As I don’t own a Fairphone, your reply also gives me resources to reference for others that may have similar questions.
