Double tap to wake up?

Is it possible to enable double tap to wake up the screen?

If not I’m open to suggestions in order to achieve this having the OS rooted (for now I’m using WaveUp that is a good alternative)

On Sony Xperia XZ3 I use the fingerprint reader to wake it up.
