The DS File application from Synology starts well on my device. As I have no account I couldn’t completely test it. Did you upgrade to the latest ROM ?

Hi, I’m using DS file and DS photo on my teracube 2e without issues.  
I’m Also synchronizing contacts and calendars through caldav/cardav protocols and the application davx5.
