\*\*KI Analyse:

1. Versuch – 10:56:12.306 Uhr:\*\*

```auto
Found no ringing call, INCOMING_MISSED
```

→ Ergebnis: verpasster Anruf, Benachrichtigung Nr. 1.

**2. Versuch – 10:56:18.300 Uhr:**
→ Ergebnis: verpasster Anruf, Benachrichtigung Nr. 2.

**3. Versuch – 10:56:21.098 Uhr:**
INCOMING”) rein – also über klassisches 2G/3G-Fallback statt VoLTE.

Sorry your reply is a bit too long for me to get my head around even with a translator. But as you refer to, this is VoLTE not working correctly on 4G / 5G so it then switches you over to 2G / 3G to handle the call. I am guessing you need to update your APN settings to get IMS registration / VoLTE enabled?

What are your APN settings?

🇬🇧

Now too few of words 🙂 But I am piecing together that you are using Congstar, which has been frustrating for some but I believe they got it working, but never reported their exact settings.

But the info you have is from 2014, it may still be the same but it may have changed in the last 12(!!) years, as I see from this really old post:

General search is showing this: [Congstar APN Zugangsdaten und Internet Einstellungen - APN Einstellungen und Zugangsdaten Datenbank](https://apn-daten.de/congstar-apn-zugangsdaten-und-internet-einstellungen/)

Which shows maybe a username of `t-mobile` in this case, etc. Can you please try these adjustments, or go back to Congstar and get a current reference on their APN settings to confirm.

Please check `*#*#INFO#*#*` (INFO), Phone Information (v2), IMS tab, to see the status of IMS and VoLTE registration. I suspect it is still not registering.

I have the same APN settings like in the two screenshots, and VoLTE is working fine on my FP6.

@vanMacG thanks for the feedback, can you clarify any other settings that may be different such as IPV4/6, authentication as PAP with 3 digit password, etc. Are all of those the same or just the APN Name field?

Did you check with Congstar to make sure any configuration on their side is not possibly at fault? If you can look at `*#*#4636#*#*` too in order to confirm that it seems IMS is not registered it will at least verify that this is an IMS registration issue.

I don’t have any problems 🙂
I just wanted to confirm the APN settings are fine.
PS: When I look at 4636 it say IMS: Registered
