Just a minor bug - the AC button in the basic view of the system calculator app is out of alignment. Phone is Redfin, iodeOS 7.5. Screenshot attached.
Same issue on Fairphone 6.
Not on my Fairphone 6 ![]()
Same issue on my Pixel 7.
Could be dependent on system font size settings.
Still it is a bug. It should adjust itself.
I tried adjusting but I can see now I didn’t try it for enough to the right, my settings is almost the smallest.
I didn’t mean to say it wasn’t a bug, only trying to describe how to trigger it if someone isn’t seeing it.
Also no problem with what I think are default scaling settings on a Pixel 6.
I think we need to track down the LineageOS bug here.
I’ve seen this kind of thing before. Some Android apps are completely unusable (text flowing offscreen, etc.) when not using default scaling.
That’s obviously not a desirable thing. ![]()

I see on 7.4 there is no “AC” button in the top right. Instead the top row buttons are ( , ) , % , /
So maybe the scaling hasn’t changed but instead they introduced a new button with 2 capital letters that take more space than planned.
Interestingly, when I go landscape, the AC button is on the bottom-right.
It looks like this (I hope the table formats right XD ):
| deg | (sqrt) | (pi) | 7 | 8 | 9 | x | ÷ |
| INV | ^ | ! | 4 | 5 | 6 | - | % |
| sin | cos | tan | 1 | 2 | 3 | + | () |
| e | ln | log | 0 | . | (BS) | (equals) | AC |
