Anyone else having “application not available for device” for literally any app on any spoof profile?
If so any workaround? Or better still an alternative Play front end? Aurora store hasnt worked properly in one way or another for many years now. /e/ version worked well

“Long Press Icon > App Info > Force Stop”. Then relaunch. Occasionally there is the “nothing available” issue you describe, but a restart always seems to clear it up (at least for me?)
Have you tried to change the device under Spoofing?
I had yeah. None worked, not sure if its because none of them are api 36. Spoofing Pixel used to fix most problems
Weirdly that worked. Force closing or clearing data for Aurora Store has never helped with issues for me at least but this time it did
Google regularly suspends these (shared) fake accounts. So you have to switch accounts regularly.
