App / no App after switching phone

Hi,
something strange is happening:

I have a Motorola G52, Iodeos 6.6
Installed an app for company welfare, Edenred myWelfare. Worked fine.

Made Seedvault backup.

Installed another G52 with Iodeos 6.6
Restored apps.
No myWelfare to be found, maybe the app inhibits its apk backup.
Opened Aurora Store - no myWelfare to be found.

In the first G52 the app is in Aurora store still.

Any idea? Most of all how to get the app onto the second G52?

Thanks

After you ran a backup via Seedvault, you can check the results. All apps show their status. E.g. ThreemaLibre shows that the app cannot be backup-ed by Seedvault (I need to initiate the backup manually in-app).

So my advice is: Run the backup on the old phone. Check status.

I certainly will check that, thank you.
But how come that the app does not show up in the Aurora app store - any idea why?
Thanks

Why would that be necessary? You would find the app in your app list and start it from there. Why search for it in Aurora?

Why is the search result in Aurora store different between devices?

(Apart from if the backup/restore works… if it doesn’t?)

Because, as far as I can see it is not in Google’s PlayStore:

Maybe the company withdrew the app from the PlayStore after you originally installed it?

I can see the app in the webbrowser, but not in Aurora, maybe there is something like a geofence

Hi, thanks for taking interest.
I noticed that the app is listed as search result when system language of iodeos phone is set to italian.
If the system language is e.g. english then search result does not list the myWelfare app.

While installation attempt of this app did fail yesterday and this morning, I just installed the app successfully.
Strange…

Thank you for your patience.
Cheers
