There’s indeed Acra which is for crash reports.
Except from that, it indeed seems that the app sends one request to qh.phie.ovh at first run, which should be optional but still runs every time. There’s an opened issue about that. I haven’t seen any request to donation.carnet.live.
Except from that there doesn’t seem to be other telemetry.
Anyways, you can still block the app from the Iodé blocker if you don’t want this one request to be performed.
